A9aaa Terms & Conditions — Full terms covering membership, betting, and payments

To use a9aaa's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. Failure to meet these requirements means your registration will not be accepted, and if discovered during a later verification, your account will be closed.

• You must be at least 18 years old as of your registration date.
• Must be a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh.
• You must confirm that you are registering of sound mind and of your own free will.
• Have never been permanently banned from a9aaa before.
• You are not registering on behalf of someone else or under any pressure.

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false information or failing to update your details after any changes may result in your account being temporarily or permanently closed.

The KYC (Know Your Customer) process is an essential part of a9aaa's security framework. Every member must submit one of the following documents:

• National ID Card (NID) — front and back photos.
• A scan or clear photo of the first two pages of your passport.
• Driving licence (government-issued and not expired).

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours. Deposits and smaller withdrawals remain available during the process; however, larger withdrawals require verification to be completed first.

Each person may hold only one account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts using the same mobile number, the same national ID number, or the same device will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances may be forfeited.

A9aaa supports the popular mobile payment methods used in Bangladesh. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

The mobile number or bank account used for deposits must match the name on the registered account. Making or receiving payments through a third party is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in funds being frozen.

A9aaa does not charge any deposit fees. However, the payment provider may apply their own charges in accordance with their own policies — a9aaa has no control over these.

A9aaa is committed to delivering members' winnings quickly and securely. The withdrawal process is transparent, and no legitimate request will be held up without reason.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals to standard accounts are completed within 10–20 minutes.
• VIP members are guaranteed faster processing times.
• The daily withdrawal limit depends on the member's VIP tier.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳5,000 will not be permitted until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.

The wagering requirements on a bonus must be fully met before any withdrawal from that bonus balance is allowed. Requesting a withdrawal before completing the requirements will result in the bonus being automatically forfeited.

A9aaa is open to all types of Sports Betting and casino games. Each market has its own rules, but certain general terms apply across the board.

• Bets cannot be changed or cancelled once accepted, though a cashout option is available on selected markets.
• Odds may change in line with market conditions — the odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.
• A9aaa reserves the right to void bets in the event of team changes or unforeseen circumstances arising before a match begins.
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical disruption during live betting, the stake will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a clear technical error, a9aaa reserves the right to correct or void any bets placed at those odds.
• If a match is abandoned, the stake for a single bet is refunded. In an accumulator, the abandoned event is settled at odds of 1.0.

In cricket, if a match is shortened due to rain or bad light, the DLS method result is considered final. For toss-related markets, once the toss has taken place, the bet remains valid even if the match is subsequently abandoned.

A9aaa regularly offers bonuses and promotional deals. To take advantage of these offers, the specific terms attached to each bonus must be followed.

• The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only and can be claimed once.
• The wagering multiplier for each bonus is specified in the individual offer details.
• Bets placed with a bonus generally require minimum odds of 1.5 or above.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the offer.
• If the wagering requirements are not completed before the bonus expires, both the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Cashback bonuses are credited directly to your balance and generally carry no wagering requirements.

A9aaa reserves the right to investigate any suspected bonus abuse. If evidence of misuse is found, the relevant balance may be voided. VIP members are subject to comparatively easier bonus terms — full details are available in the VIP section.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on a9aaa. Engaging in any of them may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or inside information.
• Bonus arbitrage — using bonuses solely for the purpose of making withdrawals.
• Exploiting betting advantages through the use of multiple accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Attempting to hack or breach the security of a9aaa's systems.
• Operating an account under a false identity.

Both a9aaa and the member may close an account — members may do so voluntarily, while a9aaa may do so under specific circumstances.

Members may temporarily suspend their account (for 7 days to 6 months) or close it permanently at any time. It is advisable to withdraw any remaining balance before doing so.

A9aaa reserves the right to close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Serious violations of our terms, especially prohibited activities.
• Providing false information during KYC verification.
• Extended inactivity (no transactions for more than 18 months).
• Court order or directive from a regulatory authority.

Upon account closure, any valid balance will be returned. However, if the account is closed due to a breach of the Terms & Conditions, bonus balances and disputed funds may not be refunded.

A9aaa is deeply committed to protecting your personal information. We do not sell your personal data to third parties or share it unless necessary.

Your information is used solely for the following purposes:

Continuing to use a9aaa after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please contact our support team to request account closure.

In all cases, the Bengali language version shall be considered the official version. In the event of any dispute, the most recently published version of these terms shall apply.
