Logging in to a9aaa with a few simple habits keeps your account far more secure. Online fraud is increasingly common — a little caution brings the risk down to almost zero.
Check that the address bar shows a9aaa.xyz and confirm "https" is present. Fake sites can look nearly identical to the real one.
Enable 2FA from your profile settings. You'll receive an OTP each time you log in — even if someone knows your password, they won't be able to get in without it.
Avoid logging into your account on free public Wi-Fi at cafes or markets. Using your mobile data is the safer option.
A9aaa staff will never ask for your password — not over the phone, not by email, not in chat. If anyone does, it's a scam.
If you use someone else's device or a shared computer, always log out when you're done. Do not use the "Remember Me" option.
If someone calls claiming to be from a9aaa and says "there's an issue with your account, please share your OTP" — that's a scam. Hang up immediately and report it to Support.
Running into trouble logging into a9aaa? There's no need to worry. Most issues can be resolved on your own in just a few minutes.
Click the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Enter your registered mobile number or email — you'll receive an OTP or a reset link. Use the OTP to set a new password. The entire process takes under three minutes.
If you don't receive the OTP, check your spam folder or wait 5 minutes and try again. If it still doesn't arrive, let us know via support chat.
Entering the wrong password five times in a row will automatically lock your account for 30 minutes. Simply wait and it will unlock on its own. If you need access sooner, verify your identity via Support Chat to get it unlocked right away.
If your account is suspended due to a security review, you'll be notified by email and may be asked to provide certain documents. This is typically resolved within 24–48 hours.
If your old number is no longer active, log in with your email instead. Then go to your profile and update your new number — the process is faster if your KYC verification is already complete.
If you no longer have access to your email either, contact support with your identity details to request an account recovery.
For any login issues, click the live chat icon at the bottom right of the site — support is available 24/7 in Bangla. You'll usually get a response within two minutes.
